For direct VNDC buying/selling transactions
Please submit a support request via the Support section on the main screen, which clearly states the transaction information and attaches a photo of the transaction details and a photo of the transfer confirmation from the bank.
For VNDC buying/selling transactions through business partners
- Please contact the business partner directly through the phone number provided right on the transaction details page.
- You can contact ONUS hotline or other customer care channels at Settings on the application.
