Buy/Sell VNDC but have not received it yet?

If you have created a transaction and completed the transfer, but still have not received VNDC to your wallet;

For direct VNDC buying/selling transactions

Please submit a support request via the Support section on the main screen, which clearly states the transaction information and attaches a photo of the transaction details and a photo of the transfer confirmation from the bank.

For VNDC buying/selling transactions through business partners

  • Please contact the business partner directly through the phone number provided right on the transaction details page.
  • You can contact ONUS hotline or other customer care channels at Settings on the application.
