Direct withdrawals

1. On the main screen, select Sell VNDCat the Application section
2. Select Sell Online and enter the amount of VNDC you want to sell

• Minimum limit for selling VNDC online: 200,000 VNDC
• The maximum limit for selling VNDC online depends on the VIP level

After entering the amount of VNDC you want to sell, the system will automatically display the total amount (including transaction fee).

3. Choose a payment method

(The payment methods shown are the bank accounts that you have linked in the Bank account section)

4. Click Sell

5. Verify OTP to complete the transaction. The amount will be transferred directly to the bank account selected in the payment method section

Withdrawal through a business partner

1. On the main screen, select Sell VNDCat the Application section

2. Select Sell via mobile phone and enter the amount of VNDC you want to sell

• Minimum selling limit of VNDC: 200,000 VNDC
• The maximum limit for selling VNDC depends on the VIP level

3. Choose a business partner (optional)

4. Choose a payment method

(The payment methods shown are the bank accounts, e-wallets that you have linked in the Bank account section)

5. Click Sell

6. Verify OTP to complete the transaction. The amount will be transferred directly to the bank account selected in the payment method section
