VIP level in ONUS

According to ONUS policy, user accounts will be divided into levels with changes in transaction limit

VIP 0: For accounts that have not done KYC
VIP 1: For accounts that have done basic KYC
VIP 2: For advanced KYC accounts
VIP 3: Collaborator
VIP 4: Senior Business Partner
VIP 5: Regional Business Partner
VIP 6: National Business Partner
VIP 7-8-9: For accounts reaching the required transaction limit

For levels from Vip 2 and above, you can completely make all transactions with an increasing limit for each account type.

VIP upgrade conditions

ONUS will require you to perform full account verification for VIP 1 and VIP 2. However, when you want to upgrade to VIP 3, you need to hold a minimum amount of ONUS or reach the trading amount required by the customer. system. You can see details in the table below.

Automatic VIP upgrade/downgrade on the app

1. At the main screen, select the avatar icon (upper left corner)

2. In the Settings section, select VIP Level

The screen will display the necessary information about the account: current VIP level, achieved trading volume and holding ONUS balance. You need to ensure the conditions according to each VIP level to be upgraded/downgraded.

3. Select Upgrade/Downgrade

Note:

• If you don’t have enough ONUS balance, you need to buy more ONUS to be upgraded to the desired VIP tier.
• VIP downgrade request will be checked and reviewed in 7 days.
• You can keep your existing VIP account by clicking Cancel VIP downgrade request.
