Things to know about account information in ONUS app

ONUS keeps your profile up to date and allows you to edit your personal information quickly. In the Account Information section, you can see the specific information below.

My profile

At the main screen, you click on the avatar icon (upper left corner) and go to My Profile to view/edit your personal information, here will display

  • Personal information:  username, email, social network account (if any), date of joining ONUS,… that you have updated during account registration. You will have the right to view and edit such information as necessary.
  • Account type:  My Profile shows what your account type is and is determined by the respective VIP level.

For example, if you have done basic KYC, you are ONUS Trusted Client. Once upgraded to VIP 4, your account type is Premium Partner.

Base currency

The base currency (also known as the Base Currency) is the first coin that appears in the currency pair, indicating the quote amount required for you to have 1 unit of the remaining currency. At ONUS app, all your transactions will be done in assets of VNDC and USDT*.

To select  Base Currency, you go to Settings on the application and select VNDC/USDT to use during the transaction.

*VNDC is a stablecoin that is pegged to VND at a fixed rate: 1 VND = 1 VNDC, which can be used to trade all existing portfolios on the ONUS app.

*USDT is a stablecoin denominated in USD, at a fixed rate: 1 USD = 1 USDT, only used with display and redemption function on ONUS app.

Linking Bank Accounts/E-Wallets

To start making/selling VNDC transactions on ONUS app, you need to link 1 bank account/e-wallet according to the following instructions.

1. In Settings, select Bank Account

2. Click Add Account to link your bank account/e-wallet

3. Enter account information and add

  • For bank account linking, you need to enter your Account Number and select your bank
  • For linking e-wallets, you need to select a currency (VND/USD/EUR/JPY), enter a phone number and select the corresponding wallet. ONUS is supporting linking with 4 e-wallets: Viettel Pay, Momo, ZaloPay, VinID

Note: For security purposes, we limit the number of bank accounts you can link to an ONUS account. We also limit the number of ONUS accounts that a bank account can be linked to.

My Partner

My Partner is set up to make it easier for Business Partners and users to connect with each other. Accordingly, ONUS users can easily access the partner group to participate in discussions, update information and quickly get help when needed. On the other hand, partners will be more convenient in developing their communities and supporting their users.

1. Click on the avatar icon right on the top left corner and select My Partner

2. Enter ONUS account ID or partner’s phone/email and add
