Part 8 – ONUS customer support channels you need to know

To help you always feel reliable, safe and always enthusiastic support during the transaction process, ONUS customer care team will always be with you. Basic Guide 08 will guide you how to get support quickly, accurately and safely when problems arise during product experience.

Specifically, when problems or questions arise, you can contact ONUS through the following ways:

1. ONUS . support page

ONUS has compiled a set of user manuals and frequently asked questions at  ONUS Help Center – ONUS Customer Support Center. Here, you can search for the problem you’re having to get specific, detailed instructions.

For some more complex and personal issues, please submit a support request to ONUS.

2. Submit a support request (send Ticket)

Ticket is a support ticket, helping you to record information about the problem you are facing and send it to ONUS Customer Care team for resolution. Submitting a support ticket helps you ensure security, save time, and can track the status of problem handling through the ticket code.

You can submit tickets right on the app: At the main screen on the ONUS app, scroll down to Applications and select Support. Here, you click Create ticker and fill in the information including the title (the problem you are facing), a description and attach an image (optional) for the support team to quickly review.
